How do I return/ exchange my product(s) while in India?
- Customers can exchange/ return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You can only apply for a Return/ Exchange by notifying us at email@example.com, our customer care will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Return/ Exchange Policy:
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely(in a 10-12 inch courier packet) to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We will send the warehouse address by a mail.
- After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to you securely by bank transaction in two working days.
- Our Customer care will be happy to assist you in any manner. Please note that Refund of Shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- Please note that we take proper care to make sure that you feel our product is par in quality and made by experienced product makers.
- If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team.
